Actor Vinit Kakar has joined the cast of the mythological TV show “RadhaKrishn” as a voice artist who will now be the voice of Garuda, an animated creation of the show.

“I am fortunate to find work in this time of crisis. More importantly, the role doesn’t need me to travel or go for the shoots that take place in Umbergaon. I joined the show as a vocal artist. I can do my dubbing at home. This is my first show as a vocal artist, ”says Vinit Kakar.

Vinit Kakar, who was seen as Shishupal and Takshak in the same series, says Garuda is an important character.

“Garuda is Lord Vishnu’s bird-like vehicle mount (vahana). In Hindu mythological stories it is of great value. Garuda is described as the king of birds. Like his figure in the shape of a kite and is depicted either in zoomorphic form, as in a giant bird with partially open wings, ”he says.

Vinit has previously appeared on shows like “Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush”, “Devi Adi Parashakti” and “Chandragupta Maurya”.

Meanwhile, actor Vinit Kakar enjoys trying out cameo roles on TV shows. The actor, who has just finished filming the show “Devi Adi Parashakti”, said: “As actors, we are sometimes offered very interesting and daring characters but very short. I like to play such cameos. They are fun on their own.

“My character Raktabija is a very popular evil in mythological books. He was killed by the goddess Durga, so the character has an intended ending and it was known. I loved trying it, ”added Vinit Kakar.
