Braun Strowman has become an inspiration to many. After giving a first impression of just being a giant overweight guy (with one motive to scare people), the WWE Superstar transformed the game and how. Not only has he become ripped, but his quickness is something that is applauding.

As of now, Braun weighs around 385 pounds with a height of 6 feet 8 inches. In 2017, Strowman suffered a knee injury and was kicked out of WWE. It was this phase that turned out to be a blessing in disguise for him. Strowman had gained decent popularity with his stint as a member of Wyatt’s family, but his transformation after his injury changed the whole game.

Braun Strowman himself admitted suffering from depression and alcoholism. When he was out of the action, he decided to adopt a healthy lifestyle and a disciplined routine throughout the day. This is the reason why the stained-looking giant turned into a monster with abs. Interestingly, he says to lose just 35 pounds to get those lean abs and muscles.

Apparently, Braun Strowman did not reduce his calorie intake. He still consumes 15,000 calories per day but makes sure to eliminate them through intense training. Braun’s primary focus is on compound movements, including the deadlift, squat, bench press, and overhead press. And like other artists, he targets one muscle group per day.

Braun even admitted that his depression and self-criticism had turned him into a big WWE star. As shared by The Sun, Braun said, “I got to the point where I was about to have enough. One day I ran into Vince (McMahon) at a meeting and I was like, ‘I have to talk to you’ and he kicked everyone out of the production meeting and he sat down and m ‘talked. I don’t even like to talk about it out loud, but I’ve thought about killing myself several times.

“I never knew how much he cared about me. I thought I was just a number in a system. That day he made me realize that I’m more important than a number, I can’t thank him enough for doing that, ”added Braun.

After coming back from an injury, Braun Strowman witnessed a tremendous surge as he defeated Goldberg for the Universal Championship at Wrestlemania 36. He even put on a big show with Shane McMahon at Wrestlemania 37.
