The teaser and poster for the upcoming movie “Nyaay: The Justice” were released on Tuesday. The film is said to be a tribute to the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Based on real events, the film delves into unanswered questions the country is waiting for answers to, the directors say. The film stars Zuber Khan and Shreya Shukla.
The teaser for “Nyaay: The Justice” opens with the news of popular actor Mahinder Singh committing suicide at his residence and offers a glimpse into his life. It also shows how three of the largest investigative agencies in India are working to find out whether his death was a suicide or a planned murder.
“I was shocked to learn of the death of (Sushant Singh Rajput). Although I didn’t know him personally, we all felt for him. Through this film we want to send a message that killing yourself is not the right thing to do, there is always another option. This film is a tribute to him and we hope this film will help celebrate him and his work, ”said“ Nyaay: The Justice ”director Dilip Gulati.
Producer Sarla A. Saraogi added, “We are making this film so as not to overlap with her fame or success, we hope this film celebrates her journey and rekindles the spark to seek justice for a lost son.”
Produced by Sarla A. Saraogi and Rahul Sharma, “Nyaay: The Justice” is written and directed by Dilip Gulati. “Nyaay: The Justice” is scheduled for release on June 11.
The film also stars Aman Verma, Asrani, Shakti Kapoor, Somi Khan and Sudha Chandran in key roles. Sushant, 34, was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14 last year.
