The sudden disappearance of actor-comedian Vivek sent shock waves through the southern film industry. Several movie stars including Khushbu Sundar Radikaa Sarathkumar, Sathyaraj tweeted and expressed their tribute to the actor. Now, superstar Rajinikanth has written a heartfelt note offering condolences to Vivekh’s family.
Rajinikanth and Vivekh previously worked together in Shankar Sivaji’s 2007 superhit action film: The Boss. The two even worked in the 1993 Uzhaippali and the 1987 film Manathil Urudhi Vendum. The superstar took to Twitter and wrote: “Chinna Kalaivaanar, social activist and the disappearance of my close friend Vivek, broke my heart. The days that I worked with him for the movie Sivaji are unforgettable. My deepest condolences to his family. May his soul rest in peace. ”Take a look at the tweet below:

The comedian-actor breathed his last breath in the early hours of Saturday. He was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai on Friday after complaining of discomfort. The report came after the actor received his first COVID 19 vaccine on Thursday at a government hospital.
Vivekh even urged everyone to do the same after being vaccinated. Besides being an actor, he is also known for his social activities. Often he advocated the planting of trees. He was also one of the first celebrities to raise awareness in times of crisis like COVID 19 and dengue. He was also a big fan of the late APJ President Abdul Kalam and made a point of following Kalam’s dreams by offering financial aid to several students. Vivek’s demise is seen as a huge loss for the Tamil film industry and for the state of Tamil Nadu.
