It has been almost a year since Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment. His latest film Dil Bechara has become a treasure for all die-hard fans of the actor. Did you know that some tracks of Sushant’s voice had to be dubbed after her untimely demise? Scroll down to find out.

Mukesh Chhabra’s directorial film was an official adaptation of John Green’s 2012 novel, The Fault in Our Stars. In the film, Sushant and Sanjana Sanghi played the role of terminally ill cancer patients. The film received many positive reviews.

After Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise, director Mukesh Chhabra enlisted the help of RJ Aditya from Ishq FM to dub some of the scenes in the film. Surprisingly, many who had watched the movie couldn’t tell the difference between Sushant’s voice and Aditya’s.

RJ Aditya also spoke about the dubbing process for Sushant. During a conversation with Miss Malini, he said: “I think it all started after the really shocking and unfortunate death of Sushant. No one could ever have thought this would happen. I think after that there was a bit of voice work left for the movie that Sushant couldn’t do. And Dil Bechara’s production team was looking for people and had tried different voice actors to do it for them, but I guess they couldn’t find any. It was then that someone from Mukesh Chhabra’s office contacted me and asked me to try Sushant’s voice. They sent me a voice clip of MS. Dhoni that I had to try. Well, it took me a while because I had never really tried Sushant’s voice before even though I did a lot of other voices. So, that was the first time I did her voice. But as soon as I sent in my audition, I got a call from Mukesh Chhabra’s office saying Mukesh wanted to talk to me.

Speaking of preparations, Aditya said, “It took me 2 more days to prepare the voice of Sushant in the movie as it wasn’t just about mimicking her voice, it was also about getting across well. the character’s emotions. It was not a question of synchronizing the lips. So I made video calls with the team asking them if everything was okay and how I could do it better and just to get all the emotion right. “
