Sushant Singh Rajput-Sanjana Sanghi is the best Jodi of the year – see poll results
Each year Bollywood introduces new jodis (pairs) into the world of cinema while bringing past successful pairs back into new stories. While some are unconventional, some are real couples who also spill their magic on celluloid. With another year over, it’s time to honor the best Jodi of the past twelve months, who wowed audiences with her onscreen chemistry.
Among several couples, Ajay Devgn-Kajol (Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior), Aditya Roy Kapur-Disha Patani (Malang), Sushant Singh Rajput-Sanjana Sanghi (Dil Bechara), Deepika Padukone-Vikrant Massey (Chhapaak), Vidyut Jammwal-Shivaleeka Oberoi (Khuda Haafiz) and Varun Dhawan-Sara Ali Khan (Coolie No 1), had made their way to the nomination list.
The poll result finally came out and the public chose Sushant Singh Rajput-Sanjana Sanghi (Dil Bechara) as the best Jodi of 2020. He was followed by Ajay Devgn-Kajol (Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior) in 2nd place, Aditya Roy Kapur-Disha Patani (Malang) in 3rd place, Varun Dhawan-Sara Ali Khan (Coolie # 1) in 4th place, Vidyut Jammwal-Shivaleeka Oberoi (Khuda Hafiz) in 5th place while Deepika Padukone-Vikrant Massey (Chhapaak)) finished last in 6th place.
Casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s debut film Dil Bechara saw an unconventional romance between Sushant Singh Rajput and debutante Sanjana Sanghi. The film was an official remake of the Hollywood film The Flaunt In Our Stars. The two have become one of the cutest couples of 2020.
