“But when people give a movie a lot of love, then I accept it and think maybe they have a big heart and let go of my flaws. Then I say, ‘This is my favorite movie now. . I don’t see the mistakes now. “My wife (Jyothika) and my brother (Karthi) are also actors, but are not like that. They are very confident in what they do. They love their work,” he said.

“Sometimes I get very critical with my work. I feel like I haven’t given my best and I should push myself harder. I am very strict with myself. I was like that. It’s been over 20 years now. I kind of feel like I should have done better, ”he added.

When asked if he would like to be a part of the remakes of his own films, Suriya replied, “It’s like once you do, you don’t want to rewrite your 10th or 12th exams. are done and you want to move on, something fresher and more exciting. It’s almost like that. “

Meanwhile, its 2020 release, Soorarai Pottru, continues to win hearts. Recently, cricketer Ajinkya Rahane shared that he “loved” the film and found Suriya’s work “brilliant”. The film is a fictional account of the life of GR Gopinath, founder of the low cost airline “Air Deccan”.
