Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has been making a lot of noise lately. Her highly anticipated film Brahmastra made headlines with a BTS photo shared by Alia Bhatt. Apart from that, the actor was recently spotted looking for a home in Mumbai. In the midst of all of this, did he contract the coronavirus? Uncle Randhir Kapoor broke his silence.
This is not the first time COVID has caught Kapoor Khandan. Previously, Ranbir’s mother and actress Neetu Kapoor had contracted the virus. She was shooting Jug Jugg Jeeyo alongside Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and the team. She was brought to Mumbai via a private air ambulance and kept in isolation.
Last night, rumors started to circulate that Ranbir Kapoor has now caught COVID. Fans were worried as they wondered if the actor was okay. Randhir Kapoor has finally come out in the open and has confirmed that the actor is not doing well.
In a conversation with Pinkvilla, Randhir Kapoor said: “I think he’s not doing well, but I’m not sure what’s wrong with him. I’m not in town.
Well, Ranbir Kapoor is around Alia Bhatt a lot as they both stay in the same house most of the time. The actress herself has been busy filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali director Gangubai Kathiawadi. If Ranbir really caught the virus, the lady might also need to get tested! This in turn could be difficult for the filmmakers and crew members on the sets of their film.
Bollywood has suffered a lot because of COVID. Many others including Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya as well as Ranvir Shorey, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora are among others who have suffered due to the virus.
We wish Ranbir Kapoor a speedy recovery!
