Ayo Kepher-Maat was hired as SVP Acquisitions at Decal, the home entertainment joint venture of Neon and Bleecker Street. The former director of acquisitions of Neon will now oversee the day-to-day operations of the new label alongside former vice president of marketing and distribution, Sara Castillo, from Bleecker Street.
Full-service home entertainment distributor of Tariffs Neon and Bleecker also said Thursday it had appointed Lilly Stuecklen as director of distribution as it continued to ramp up.
Kepher-Maat, who at Neon recently oversaw the acquisitions of Sundance documentaries Ailey and All the light everywhere, has also contributed to agreements for Dear friends! and Kill two lovers. She previously worked at Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, The Film Arcade and CAA.
Stuecklen has been working as Post Production / Delivery and Show Marketing Coordinator at Bleecker Street since 2018.

Decal, overseen by Andrew Brown of Neon and Kent Sanderson of Bleecker, recently made his first stand-alone contract, acquiring SXSW Midnight photo from Jaco Bouwer Gaia, which hits theaters June 18 and VOD June 25. Its home entertainment slate includes Bleecker Together together and Dream horseand Neon’s In the ground and the photo of Kristen Stewart-as-Princess Diana Spencer.
