Singer Mika Singh has made a sensation that self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R. Khan is banned in India, citing real estate fraud as the reason.
Mika and KRK have been involved in a fight since Salman Khan filed a complaint against the latter, an actor-turned-critic, for some remarks he made. Soon, Mika jumped into the ring, claiming to take the cudgels on behalf of Salman as well as others in the industry that KRK had pointed his arms at. He released a diss track called “#KRKKutta”.
And now Mika claims KRK is banned in India due to real estate fraud. “KRK is banned in India. He cannot enter India. If that’s not true, then KRK has to come out and pretend it’s wrong, and make an official announcement as to when he plans to return to India, ”the singer said.
Mika says: “I know for sure that KRK will not be returning to India for two reasons. First, we filed a complaint against KRK a year and a half ago. I have FIR copies with me. KRK committed fraud with us. He sold two properties to my cousin, one of those properties belonged to KRK and the second belonged to his brother. KRK signed his property papers, which is fine, but he also signed his brother’s property papers. When we filed the FIR, KRK admitted to having tampered with the signature and has since run away.
“He has received a court notice on countless occasions, but he has ignored them all. KRK cannot return to India now. He is on the run and has been banned in India. KRK was banned in Delhi and Mumbai earlier, now it’s banned all over India. If he comes back, he will be arrested, ”says Mika.
