Model Chrissy Teigen says she’s done with dieting. She added that she didn’t mind the weight gain.

“I threw it all out the window,” musician John Legend’s wife said in an interview for her latest cover story with People, reports aceshowbiz.com.

She explained that loving what life has to offer is her goal.

“I think at this point in my life it’s more important for me to appreciate things as they come,” she said.

Teigen added, “I eat things when I want them. Because if I don’t my mind goes crazy personally I kinda put my mind on body, mind and spirit on body. If it makes me happy and feels good, then I let go.

She added that she spent too much time worrying about diet and exercise.

“I have lived a lifetime. I’ve spent far too many years counting calories, planning far too many workouts, and trying to figure out what my term wellness meant to me. I’ve been trying to figure this out for so long.

Teigen, who is a mother of two, added that the time spent with her children had given her more satisfaction.

“Now I know it’s on the ground to play with my kids, to go out, to go to a park, to go to an aquarium, to be able to drive with my kids in the car. It’s an activity for me and I like to do things like that, ”she says.

Having given up on dieting, she said she prefers to meditate nowadays.

Teigen said, “I will say that I indulge in some things that I thought might be a cuckoo before. I enjoy a good sound bath and I am learning to meditate.
