Nobody features some of the best action of the year and showed a side of Bob Odenkirk, whom we’ve never seen before. So who is behind all this madness?
There is so much to love Nobody, so far one of the most beautiful films of the year. We get some great performances from actors like Bob Odenkirk and Christopher Lloyd. There’s also heartbreaking action from the co-stunt coordinator and actor Daniel Bernhardt, who was also the martial arts expert known in the iconic “ronny / lilly” episode of Barry.
director Ilya Naishuller have created an interesting and entertaining world here and, in collaboration with the rest of the crew, told a unique story in a convincing way.
Check out this exclusive look at what went into the creativity and collaboration on the set!
It looks like Naishuller brought a clear vision to the set supported by producer David Leitch. Leitch also points out that Naishuller was willing to accept creative input from the rest of the team in order to make the best possible version of the film.
It’s also fun to see them doing a little on-the-fly pre-vis here, with Naishuller filling in for Odenkirk while they block out a comedic moment in the middle of a gunfight scene. It’s really interesting to see that conceptual moment along with what was ultimately in the movie.
It is inspiring to see how passionate everyone involved in this project was and how committed they were to their role.
The entire movie took us by surprise from start to finish, and we can’t wait to see what else these talented creators have in store for us!
