HITS AND LACKS OF THE WEEK: Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra kill; Shehnaaz Gill and Mouni Roy leave us indifferent: Bollywood News

Fashion Police is back! As the celebrities returned to work and made appearances on several occasions, their appearance was quite interesting. We’re picking the hits and misses of the week this week.

Nora graced our eyes with her stunning appearance in an orange dress with a shoulder knot. The dress featured a ruffle pattern which she paired with white pumps. Keeping her hair all tied up in a half pony top and all natural makeup; our slayer always looked bright and beautiful.

For Dance Deewane 3, she wore a stunning hot red sequin saree that had a beautiful border work; we all have eyes on her blouse that shows just how well the diagonal sequin work has been done. The belt, made of the same fabric, completes the set; a silk skirt appeared under the alternating details towards the front of the pre-sewn saree. The sari was from the collection of Ritika Mirchandani. She decided to go for absolutely glowing makeup with the perfect touch of highlighter and bronze, with a hot nude lipstick! For her hair, she teamed up with some decent waves! She added a diamond bracelet, rings and long, beautiful earrings to complete the look! Her look is signed Shaleena Nathani.

The couple were spotted this week leaving for Bengaluru ahead of the Maharashtra 2.0 lockdown. They paired up as they both wore white t-shirts with black sweatpants paired with blue denim jackets! Deepika wore a long white shirt adorned with black slacks and an oversized denim jacket and Ranveer was seen in the same black slacks and denim jacket that he adorned with a basic white t-shirt. Both completed the look with leather shoes and face masks in the midst of Covid-19. Deepika accessorized her outfit with a large Fendi Sunshine Shopper handbag valued at $ 2,850 (Rs. 2.1 lakhs approximately) featuring hot-stamped “FENDI ROMA” and rigid tortoise-shell plexiglass handles. She went for a makeup-free look with hair all pulled back into a pony. On the other hand, Ranveer opted for a pair of sunglasses and they both looked all stylish and exclusive.

This week, Huma decided to go for an incomparable orange dress that has puffed sleeves, a plunging draped neckline and a cutout in the back of Zwaan worth Rs. 11,300. She decided to keep her makeup with a nude base and she kept her hair in perfect loose curls.

Earlier this week, she surprised us with her stunning look for BAFTA 2021. Priyanka Chopra kept it classy in a silk mikado jacket with hand-painted, beaded and pleated butterflies and a pleated skirt from designer Ronald van der Kemp. She kept her hair tied back in a ponytail with balloon pleats, a few strands of hair nicely laid across her face.

This week she impressed us again with her absolute street style as she wore a blue and white colored plaid ensemble. The set included a cropped top with shorts paired with an oversized blazer. She’s stunning in the coordinating skye set worth Rs. 12,000. She kept her makeup fresh and rosy and a touch of pink eye shadow with her hair in a side part! She threw the major schoolgirl vibes. She teamed up with white sneakers from Mellissa shoes. She looked absolutely ready to beat the heat and pull off the fashion game!

This time, the “Punjab Ki Katrina” could not impress us with her appearance. She wore a black top with a ruffled skirt paired with brown boots. The outfit wasn’t flattering enough to make the statement and the mismatched look didn’t impress us.

Although black and gold is a combination used by many celebrities, it was a dud this time. Mouni Roy’s asymmetric black top with a gold sequined skirt combination was unappealing. This outfit failed to stand out.
