Model actress Eesha Agarwal has made quite a list of accomplishments with beauty titles like Miss India Exquisite 2015, Miss India International 2017, Miss Global International Princess 2017 and Miss Beauty Top of the World 2019. The Hindi film industry, has now made explosive revelations on the casting couch.

The actress has previously been seen in a Hindi film Kahin Hai Mera Pyaar starring Jackie Shroff and Sanjay Kapoor. She has also been seen in several Tamil and Telugu films and she is also very keen to work in Bollywood films. Now the actress has opened up about her journey in showbiz.

In a conversation with SpotboyE, Eesha Agarwal said, “The journey to entertainment has not been a pink road. It was full of difficulties. Coming from the small town of Latur and trying to make a name for yourself in Mumbai is no small challenge. Like when you come from a small town, first of all, people don’t approve of the idea of getting into showbiz, so that’s a big challenge in itself. But somehow I convinced my parents by proving myself. And soon after I finished my studies, I came to Mumbai and started looking for auditions.

When asked if she faced and fell victim to a casting couch, she said, “The casting couch is still a reality. When I was very new to Mumbai, a famous casting guy invited me to his office. When I got there with my sister, he claimed that he had chosen many great actors and that he would surely give me a good project. Then suddenly he asked me to undress so he can see my body, the reason he gave him, he needs to see it for the role. I rejected the offer and rushed out of the office with my sister. After all this he kept texting me for days, but I quickly blocked him.

Eesha Agarwal also has tips for all aspiring actors and actresses. She warns that new people who come to Mumbai should not fall for the traps set by the crooks. “There are a lot of people claiming to represent big casting companies, so be aware of them. They will try to lure you in with their exciting movie deals and compromising terms, so never fall for them. But I would suggest that not all newcomers fall for the trap because they will just leave a scar in your life. You always have to find the right door, where there will be no conditions and where only your talent will speak, ”she said.
