Bollywood actor Gulshan Devaiah said on Wednesday that he is looking forward to playing Ayushmann Khurrana’s heroine in the latter’s next film! Gulshan’s social media joke came in reaction to a report that actress Mrunal Thakur had left Ayushmann’s upcoming film, Doctor G.
“Should I come in then?” Let’s see if I can succeed in being Ayushmann’s (sic) heroine, ”Gulshan wrote in a tweet.
The actor is known for his sarcasm and sense of humor on social media. Earlier today, the actor reacted to news from Gujarat’s Chief Minister Vijay Rupani renaming the dragon fruit to Kamalam due to its resemblance to the lotus flower.
“Oh so cool !! While we’re at it, can we please rename Banana also by the shape it looks like? Kela doesn’t quite do him justice. Twitter is definitely the most entertaining social media platform, ”Gulshan wrote.
Meanwhile, Gulshan Devaiah says the biggest fear for an actor is to be forgotten and become irrelevant.
“The forgotten become irrelevant and that’s the biggest fear for an actor. It can be anyone’s reality. It is a difficult business. It kills the spirit, breaks the spirit of the people and yet we come in droves by the thousands. Best wishes to Mr. Samir Khakhar and all the other actors, ”Gulshan tweeted on Saturday.
His post follows an article which stated that “Samir Khakhar, who played the role of Khopdi in Noukkad, is looking for work.”
