Sara Ali Khan is now a popular actress. She has repeatedly praised her mother and how she helped her grow. Speaking to the Hindustan Times, Sara said, “Everything I do comes from my mom, whether it’s styling or movies. I bounce it all off her, but the irony of that statement is that she told me ‘listen like your mother, I can tell you what I think, but in the end the only thing you have to proud is the conviction. Speaking about life today versus life before not being an actress, Sara said, “It’s a tricky question to ask because everything changes when you’re an outsider versus when you’re inside. You can’t compare. The only thing I’m going to say you are I’m very lucky and privileged to be in this industry. I’ve even forgotten what it’s like not to be in it, I can’t remember what I thought it was like. Earlier, Sara opened up about her foreclosure experience. Sara said: “Staying home for nine months can be tough for someone as ambitious as me, but there is a learning curve in everything. I had 500 things on my to-do list, believing that [achieving them] will make me happy. In an interview with IANS, Sara started working with different directors and exploring herself saying, “When I started out, my only dream and desire was to be able to make all kinds of genres of movies with all kinds of directors. So, I consider myself really very lucky to have had this opportunity because of course I am a diehard fan of David sir. But the truth is, I don’t like a particular genre of cinema. “
