Cassie Randolph, half of the volatile coupling with Colton Underwood on The single person, spoke Friday on social networks. However, she did not respond to his previous startling announcement that he was gay.
Underwood came out on Wednesday to host Robin Roberts on Hello america. Randolph, who was reportedly caught off guard by the interview, has yet to comment on the news, dropping the media storm that followed. His social comments on Friday avoided the problem again.
“Thanks everyone for all the kind comments and posts,” Randolph wrote on a link to her YouTube channel, which she typically updates weekly. “” And yes, some of you are asking me questions on my YouTube for this week. I decided to take a week off, but I will have another one next week !! “
Randolph and Underwood were part of season 23 of The single person in 2019. They separated in May 2020.
Randolph said nothing on Underwood’s announcement about his sexuality on Friday.
After their split last year, Randolph filed a restraining order against Underwood, claiming he was stalking her. Randolph later lifted the restraining order.
Underwood has since made a deal with Netflix for a reality series, sources familiar with the project told Deadline. Netflix is reportedly not commenting and details of the project are being kept under wraps.
