Cinematographer Craig Wrobleski cancels “The Unholy” in the upcoming event

The makers of the film The unholy one take you behind the scenes in a free panel.

The Los Angeles Post-Production Group (LAPPG) is offering a free zoom panel on Saturday, May 15, 2021, starting at 1 p.m., showing the filming of the film Evan SpiliotopoulosDirector of the film The unholy one. On the panel, cinematographer Craig Wrobleski, CSC, will speak about how the visual effects team navigated the shutdown to bring the film to the screen.

Panelists include:

  • Cinematographer Craig Wrobleski ((The Umbrella Academy, Stories from the loop, Fargo) will talk about techniques and devices (ZEISS Supreme Prime Lenses and Sony VENICE) to capture the terrifying mood.
  • VFX executive producer Raoul Bolognini ((Fast & Furious, The Twilight Saga, Tomorrow Never Dies) will detail the post-production solutions to remotely finalize this unfinished film and solve major photographic problems caused by the pandemic.
  • VFX supervisor Robert Grasmere ((Where did you go, Bernadette?, The zookeeper’s wife, The giver) will provide specific examples of how they ended scenes while the actors remain socially distant.
