If that wasn’t enough, Chris himself sharing his workout updates is proof how hard he works to achieve that awesome body.
Speaking now to Men’s Health about training, Chris Hemsworth has shed some light on the taboos surrounding him. The actor explained that there is a lot to explore in the world of fitness. He gave advice to people who don’t like a certain aspect of training and told them to create an alternative.
Chris Hemsworth said, “I talk to a lot of people who say, ‘Oh, I just hate training’. I say to myself: “What are you doing?” “Oh, I just ran. But I don’t like to run ”. I’m like, ‘Don’t run then!’ I’m not running. I do a lot of different things, ”he says. “You have to be an explorer in the world of fitness and exercise and be constantly on the lookout for something new.”
“My body stops when I stop working. I do not feel good. I love her for a few days and then it all starts to hurt. I am in pain and there is inflammation, my back is stiff. I just know that in order for me to live healthier and happier life, I have to keep moving, ”added Chris Hemsworth.
