Akshay Kumar’s highly anticipated masala action comedy Bachchan Pandey finally has a release date, and it’s a big one. After teasing us with cool posters, where everyone fell in love with the rugged, desi, and macho avatar of Akshay Kumar, the superstar shared a new photo of Bachchan Pandey, reserving the upcoming Republic Day, the January 26, 2020, as the film’s release date. In the new photo, the actor can be seen sporting an unshaven face, wearing a brown shirt and a matching promenade tied around his head, with chunky metal chains around his neck, earrings in metal and a pearly blue eye, making it even deadlier than it did in previous images.
Sharing the photo on his official Twitter handle, Akshay Kumar wrote: “His one look is enough! #BachchanPandey will be released on January 26, 2022! #SajidNadiadwala @farhad_samji @kritisanon @Asli_Jacqueline @ArshadWarsi @NGEMovies. »Find out below:

Previously, Arshad Warsi had opened up exclusively about his role in Bachchan Pandey at BollywoodLife, saying, “In Bachchan Pandey you will see Kriti (Sanon) and me in a lot of servings together, then there is Akshay (Kumar) and me in a lot of portions together. So I’m going to have a great time with Kriti because we’re going to go crazy because we have some very silly and weird scenes, which are extremely funny and hilarious and crazy. Then I also have some crazy scenes with Akshay, which are going to go crazy again. I couldn’t wait to work with Akshay because we’re like peas in a pod – same kind of humor, weird madness, and I think he’s exceptional, he’s extremely funny. I think Bachchan Pandey is going to be a lot of fun, yaar, for people to watch because I know the scenes and I can see Akshay doing it. And if you know what I’m doing in the movie, people can see me doing it. I’ll give you a hint: I’m playing a fight tapori actor … see what I mean (laughs, when you say you can only imagine what he’s going to do with the role). I play a total Mumbaiyaa, total local type, and also a bad actor. So you can imagine what will happen. It will be a lot of fun.
Directed by Farhad Samji, famous at Housefull 4, Bachchan Pandey stars Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi and Pankaj Tripathi. Akshay will be seen as a gangster who dreams of becoming an actor while Kriti Sanon plays a journalist, who aspires to become a director.
