EXCLUSIVE: Author Adalyn Grace, whose first novel All the stars and teeth debuted # 2 on New York timeThe Young Adult Hardcover bestseller list was signed with the APA for film and television.

The novel, published by Macmillan in 2020, is set in a realm where danger lurks beneath the sea, mermaids seek revenge with song, and magic is a choice – for everyone except the Princess Amora, who must prove her mastery of soul magic to claim her place on the throne. When her demonstration goes awry, Amora is forced to flee and she makes a deal with a mysterious pirate: he will help her prove that she is fit to rule, if she will help him recover her stolen magic. Grace’s next YA novel, Belladonna, a romantic mystery steeped in gothic described as Others meets Bridgerton, sold in a lively auction at Little, Brown Books for Young Readers, and released in the summer of 2022. The novel follows orphaned 18-year-old Signa Farrow as she is taken to live at the Thorn Grove mansion and contacted by the ghost of his deceased aunt, who claims to have been murdered.
